Doug Preudhomme -- Co-Founder A native of London England, Doug Preudhomme is by education and training a Broadcast Engineer, having spent 10 years as a design engineer with The British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC). For more than 30 years, Doug has worked with many national and international organizations on their marketing and fund-raising plans. Sometimes he has directed the efforts of groups with mailing lists in the millions and at other times helped ‘start-ups’ with no initial support base. In addition to being co-founder and strategist for Pathmaker, Doug is CEO of DPC&S inc - a multi-million dollar direct response, data-processing and mailing company dealing exclusively with non-profit organizations. He currently consults with many organizations on their development and fund-raising needs. He serves on the Board of Directors of five charitable organizations. Doug and his wife Denise live in Phoenix Arizona. They have four children and two very cute grandkids. Karen Randau -- Account Executive A native of the southwestern U.S., Karen Randau brings 30 years of marketing, communication and public relations experience to Pathmaker Marketing. She offers a extensive background leading diverse teams to develop and implement strategies ranging from messaging to product development and marketing in both large and small organizations across the industries of entertainment, health care, high tech and non-profit. With strong business acumen and recent focus on Internet marketing, Karen can help clients develop and implement a wide range of integrated strategies designed for online branding, awareness, education and fundraising. Karen and her husband live in Arizona. They have one child.	Randall Mains -- Co-Founder A native of the midwest, Randall Mains gradutated from Northern Illinois University, then spent 17 years in the Chicago suburbs assisting and eventually running a multi-million dollar not-for-profit radio and TV broadcasting, product publishing and training seminar marketing company. Upon moving to Arizona, he's spent five years assisting numerous charitable and commerical enterprises with their marketing and fundraising needs, specializing in internet related initiatives like email marketing, website development, lead generation, online prospecting, search engine optimization, landing page optimization and pay-per-click advertising. Randall is professionally certified in email marketing and landing page optimization. Randall and his wife Carmel live in Phoenix Arizona. They have three children.
Erica Kononen – Ministry Development Associate Born of Filipino descent, Erica has been developing her expertise in non-profit management and fundraising. During the last eight years, she has done various projects related to marketing, branding and sales in organizations like Winrock International, AIESEC in Finland and Helsinki Business College. Her role as Ministry Development Associate allows her to use her skills and passion for sales to help Christian organizations increase their members and financial resources. Her former rebellion against Christianity and her converted love for it, has made it her personal mission to make sure that churches reach as many people as possible. Erica currently lives in Finland with her husband Heikki, where they both enjoy having easy access to the best berries in the world.	Pamela Conn-- Project Manager A native of Illinois, Pamela Conn graduated from Northern Illinois University with a double bachelor’s degree in marketing and management. Pam worked in the automobile industry for 15 years, working as Office Manager and maintaining the computer network. She simultaneously served on the Illinois Board of Realtors for 10 of those years. Pam enjoys chairing fundraising events for her children’s schools, supporting computer labs, buying playground equipment, etc. She currently oversees the marketing and advertising for her family business and loves putting to work her talent for understanding client needs and how to attract them to the websites as a Project Manager at Pathmaker Marketing. Pam resides in St Charles, IL with her husband Tracy and their three children.
Risa Gandy-- Project Manager Originally from New Mexico, Risa has been involved with web development since early 2001. Starting off in design then moving into web development, she become a project manager in 2005. Risa initially recognized her love of technology when she received her first computer at the age of 5, and that love and curiosity has grown ever since. Today Risa enjoys exploring new technologies in social networking and viral marketing and how to best make the Internet work for clients. Risa currently enjoys living in the California sun with her dog Lucas.	Nadia Minguez -- Social Networker Born in the Philippines, Nadia Minguez holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of the Philippines Los Baños. She has worked as survey programmer, PHP programmer, web server administrator, web developer and social media marketer in the Philippines and now works through Pathmaker in a virtual social marker role. Previously, Nadia headed a Public Communications department, organizing outreach and fundraising activities. She currently lives in Cebu City, Philippines.
Mariz Andrada -- Link Builder Born in the Philippines, Mariz Andrada holds a Bachelor in Commerce degree with a special emphasis on Management Accounting. She began a lucrative career in Internet Marketing in 2007, and regularly helps Pathmaker get page one listing for its clients in search engines by generating links: local, regional, national, niche and catralogs. She also helps clients with affiliate marketing. Mariz and her husband have three young children.
